In 2012, Vonage UK set out to grow sales and pivot from its traditional market of paid international calls.

Walnut worked closely with Vonage and its new senior team to identify the challenges of the consumer market and make the move towards SOHO and SME, pinpointing what matters to this audience and helping to redefine the Vonage proposition. This was the start. Over the last 6 years, Walnut has continued to work with Vonage to track the brand’s performance, drive improvements and implement change.
